Using Paperly

Paperly converts files in your browser. During the current free beta, access is provided without payment or an account. Features and availability may change. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies and backups of files and results.

Your files and output

You retain your rights in your documents and conversion results. Only process files you have permission to use. PDF layouts and OCR are imperfect; review output before relying on it, especially for important or confidential work.

Access and licences

The current beta is free. If paid licences are offered later, the price and purchase terms shown at checkout will apply. A licence is for the permitted use described at purchase and may not be resold or shared publicly. Refund requests are handled under our refund policy.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Paperly useful, but the service is provided as available and may contain errors or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that every file will convert correctly or that the service will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
